Branda Chavez
Assistant & Operations Coordinator | Joy Giver
Brenda brings more than a decade of caregiving and client-support experience to JoyCare, along with a compassionate heart and a genuine commitment to helping individuals and families feel seen, valued, and supported.
Throughout her career, Brenda has cared for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s and supported families through different stages of care and significant life transitions. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of both the personal nature of caregiving and the reassurance families feel when they know their loved one is in capable, attentive hands.
As JoyCare’s Assistant and Operations Coordinator, Brenda helps keep the day-to-day details running smoothly while serving as an important connection among clients, families, and Joy Givers. Her thoughtful approach to organization, communication, and follow-through helps ensure that every family receives the consistent, personalized support at the heart of JoyCare.
Brenda believes being a Joy Giver is about much more than providing assistance. It is about building meaningful relationships, encouraging independence, and taking the time to understand what makes each person feel comfortable, connected, and joyful.
Whether she is coordinating care behind the scenes or spending time directly with a client, Brenda brings kindness, patience, and purpose to everything she does. For her, even the smallest gesture can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.
“Being a Joy Giver means helping each person feel cared for, connected, and valued.” — Brenda Chavez
